Motion for Relief From Stay (Fee) - Including Stipulated Motions

Note: Use this procedure for filing any request for relief from the automatic stay regardless of whether a stipulation agreeing to the relief has been reached.
Select Bankruptcy menu.
Select Motions/Applications.
Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
Select Document Event: Relief from Stay (fee) (including Stipulated Motions for Relief from Stay).
Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable. Supportive documents should included Exhibits to the Motion, Notice of Motion (whether under default or conventional procedure), Proposed Order, and Certificate of Service. If hearing is to be scheduled more than 30 after the filing of the motion, then movant must included a waiver of rights under 11 USC Sec. 362 (e).
Enter Hearing information, if applicable. If filing stipulated motion and not attaching a notice of motion, simply pass by the hearing information and objection fields.
Fill in "Receipt #" field.
If paying filing fee via credit card on file with Court, Enter: CC.
If no fee is due as motion has been stipulated, Enter: Stip or N/A.
Modify text to add pertinent information, such as Amended or Stipulated. Be sure to include a description of property that is subject of motion in text box; i.e., "Re: Real Property in Rutland, VT."
Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
