party filing a document evidencing said consent within two (2) business

days thereafter;

(3) identify the parties whose signatures are required, followed by each

party creating a docket entry noting the party's consent (a/k/a "e-consent”)

within two (2) business days thereafter;

days thereafter; or

(5) provide the required signatures in any other manner approved by the

Court.

If proper consent is not received within 2 business days, motion/stipulation will be terminated and you will be sent a "Notice of No Action By Court".

NOTE:  To file a motion that has been stipulated, please use appropriate event for the type of motion you are filing, and indicate "Stipulated" in the docket text.  For example:  A stipulated motion for relief from stay is properly filed using the "Relief From Stay" event under the "Motions" category and selecting "Stipulated" from the drop down box in the "Edit Docket Text" screen.

The event "Stipulation" should only be used when filing a separate agreement stipulating to a previously filed motion, or when fling an agreement between parties not seeking relief from the court.
