An Objection to Claim can be thought of as identical to a Motion to Disallow Claim.  See FRBP 3007, Vt.LBR 3007-1 and Vt. LBR 9013 for notice and filing requirements.

 

 

 

  1. Docket the Objection to Claim.
    1. Select  Bankruptcy
    2. Select Motions/Applications.
    3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
    4. Select Document Type: Objection to Claim.
    5. Select party filer.
    6. Browse, verify and attach the Motion (PDF file.)
      • Attach supportive documents, including Notice of Motion.
    7. Enter Hearing information.
    8. Enter Receipt and filing fee information.
    9. Modify text, if applicable.
    10. Verify final docket text before submission.
