Motion to Modify Confirmed Chapter 13 Plan  

1. Docket the Motion.
   1. Select  Bankruptcy
   2. Select Motions/Applications.
   3. Ensure correct case name and number match the document you are filing.
   4. Select Document Type: Modify Plan.
   5. Select party filer.
      • Filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
   6. Browse, verify and attach the Motion (PDF file.)
      • Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
   7. Enter Hearing information.
   8. Refer to existing event(s)?
      • Select Chapter 13 Plan
   9. Modify text, if applicable.
   10. Verify final docket text before submission.
